POLICIES

Our Refund & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made online at mammothmug.com.

If you have purchased your item from a retail location, please note that you must adhere to the store's return policy, as we do not handle any retail location purchases

It is important to note that Mammoth Mug does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental dropping, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage, or negligence.

Our product is designed for water carry and consumption, and it is not intended to withstand drops, force, impact, or exposure to extreme conditions. Epecially when there is liquid inside making the Mammoth Mug heavier in weight.

If you are unhappy with your purchase we accept returns and exchanges on unused items (excluding Mammoth Mug water bottles and lids) within 30 days of delivery.

Mammoth Mug water bottles and lids are not included in the return/refund policy for hygienic reasons. (Mammoth Mug water bottles include: Mammoth Mug 2.5L, Mammoth Mini 1.5L, Mammoth MXR, Mammoth Insulated Woolly Collection, Mammoth Squeeze 1.5L, Skull Shaker)

All returns must be advised in writing and contain photo &/or video evidence of the issue at hand provided with a copy of your receipt (within 30 days of delivery) and reason for return.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

Once we receive your returned item and our quality care team confirms that your items have not been used, we will process your refund. Please be aware that a return processing fee of $10 will be applied, which will be deducted from your refund.

If you are unsure of sizing, please view our sizing chart or you may email sales@mammothmug.com for any sizing questions.

We go on a case-to-case warranty on our Mammoth Mugs. If there are any issues with your Mammoth Mug, please email the customer support team (sales@mammothmug.com) the problem and provide us photos. Based on the photos we will determine if the impact falls under a manufacturing issue or if it was the impact itself that led to the problem.

If your item is an insulated Woolly mug, there is a limited 3-year warranty. You can only claim it once, please forward a photo and explain the issue to our customer care team at sales@mammothmug.com. Include your mailing information, phone number and size/colour of the Woolly.

Due to the medical-grade material as well as being free of BPA and BPS, Mammoth Mugs are NOT dishwasher safe.

"Hand wash only" is indicated at the bottom of your Mammoth Mug, as well as under each product description. Mammoth Mugs are not made to withstand high heat for long periods of time. Please keep out of direct sunlight and wash with warm water.

We do not guarantee replacements or reimbursement for any accidental and/or usage damage to your Mammoth Mug.

We want to emphasize that all claims will be honoured at the discretion of Mammoth Mug. However, we reserve the right to refuse or replace any customer claims, except for those protected under Canadian Consumer Law & regulations.
