We import this material from California, USA and mold it outside the US. The material we use is copolyester blend free from bisphenol A (BPA) and Bisphenol S (BPS). 

However, we took it further than that and removed all endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) which are known to activate or inhibit estrogenic and androgenic responses making Mammoth Mug Estrogenic activity (EA) free and Androgenic Activity (AA) free. 

Our product is lab tested for EDCs regularly throughout accredited labs and universities such is CeeTox Inc, Kalamazoo, Michican, Center for Environmental Biotechnology, University of Tennessee,  WIL Research Laboratories, LLC, Ashland Ohio.

Mammoth Mug is also free from ortho-phthalates plasticizers including Bis2-ethlhexyl, Di-2-ethylhexyl (DEHA) (DEHP). 

Removing all these potential harmless toxics and phthalates to our material makes Mammoth Mug hand wash only.  We would have to add additives material into our material for it to withstand high heat which most companies do anyway.  We do not.
