If you are unhappy with your purchase we accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please email sales@mammothmug.com.
ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE TO BE PAID BY THE CONSUMER.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE SUPPORT TEAM.
WARRANTY- We do not offer any warranty on our Mammoth Mugs. *Excluding our Woolly Edition Mugs- they have manufacturer warranty*
If you receive your mug by purchasing directly from www.mammothmug.com and there is a manufacturing flaw or defects, please email sales@mammothmug.com to see if you are eligible for a replacement.
If you purchased your mug from a retail location you must bring it back to them in accordance with their return policy. We do not handle any retail location purchases.
- We do not guarantee replacements or reimbursement for any accidental and/or usage damage to your Mammoth Mug.
